Duchess of Sussex Meghan Markle revealed she had a California pool party this summer with Prime Minister Justin Trudeau's wife, Sophie, where the two “giggled like schoolgirls” as they drank wine.
“This past summer, a friend of mine was in town with her kids for a few days,” said Meghan in a Tuesday episode of her podcast Archetypes.
'Now, this to me was very exciting because I hadn't seen her for a while, and the idea of getting our kids together, this was a real treat — to swim and drink wine.”
Meghan, who is living in a $14 million mansion in California, described Sophie as “a dear friend.”
She said she hosted the party at her home to allow the kids to meet, drink wine, and swim. She added she bought an inflatable pizza slice online, which their families splashed around on.
The inflatable pizza slice without pepperoni was a few dollars less than the one with it. She said she continues to talk about the inflatable, as all of them laughed about it.

Harry and Meghan announced in 2020 they were quitting the Royal Family to move to Canada.
